:RETURNS:
Welcome to our home. We take pride in all the things designed here at Peaceful Art Jewelry. For some unlikely reason you want to return your item we will refund you with a IN STORE CREDIT minus a 20% restocking fee. The reason we do this is because we have already paid for the fees for using the E-Commerse Site, credit card, Pay Pal fees and Indiana Sales Taxes if applicable, shipping and our time working on the order. No one can work for nothing and we are not a Wal--rt. We do value your business and feel we can make you happy if you just contact us first and we will do most anything to work with you to satisfly.
Our rules on returns are that all packaging must be returned along with the something printed from your item transaction. The item must be in the shape that it was when it was shipped to you or sold to you for us to except this return and in store credit.
:CUSTOM DESIGNING: & :Mulit Piece Custom Production:
Because we work with several manufacturing companies along with our company to come up with one piece we will do the best to design for you and provide you with a picture and the measurements of the designs for your approval before it is put to production. It is very hard for many people to understand the demintions we work with so before doing that we recommend that you have a computer available, a milimeter ruler along with a regular ruler so you can understand all the sizes before saying yes. We will discuss with you if your pieces are manufactured here totally or if we contract a part of it to another company. If we do contract that other company for a part of it we can provide with a sample of something similar, just not the actual piece. Same goes with our company. We can provide a sample of part of the design we are discussing but not the actual piece. Most pieces to manufacture has set ups, molds, computer work, machine set up and many more sets it takes just to do one design. That is not count the assembly of the product that is done in our studio here.
You are responsible for paying 1/2 of the (estimated total amount) before production starts. 1/2 is due 2 weeks before production and assembly finish. You are also responsible for any extra fancy packaging. We include the piece, a Peaceful Art Jewelry/Design Card, 3-M Anti Tanish Strips for Sterling and a Plastic Zip Lock for protection. Anything more that that you would want we will be happy to work with you on adding that to your invoice and fully package it your way if you like. It is all up to you on what you would like to spend. We LOVE DESIGNING and we will work with you to come out with exactly what you like.
We can not take back or do in store credits on this type of production because is was custom and we worked with other companies to complete your design and sent samples, pictures and estimates before it was agreed upon. It is the same with any company. However we will work with you to design it or do what we can to make it exactly what you want.
:STORE WHOLESALE RETURNS:
First we appreciate your business and intrest in Peaceful Art Jewelry. We work with several stores and companies on wholesale orders with a set minumum order. If for some unlikely reason you do not like your order or part of your order with will work with you on making that right first. On a return we also will do a (IN STORE CREDIT) with you minus a 20% restocking fee on the total order. Please read above returns for details.
