My new hair dangles are made from 1.25 IN. Disc with the image embedded on the metal, they are 10 IN total in length, they have glass colored various dangles on them with a silver tone metal chain.  There is a snowflake metal on the back of them.  They are then put on a silver vermeil heavy duty Rhinestone Bobby Pin with the art of Julie Fain's "The Dreamer"  Comes with Artist Card or Sticker for a collector item.
